How It Works
How do I make a call?
- Dial LOCAL access number, or Toll-Free access number.
- At the prompt, enter your PIN number, or skip this step with Pinless Dialing. Setup in your "My Account."
- Dial your destination number, or use Speed Dial (see below)
- Using Speed Dial
Just dial "Speed Dial Number" then "#" instead. For example: To dial your entry in number 3, just press 3#.
Our system will automatically dial the stored number for you ! (You must first setup speed dial numbers in your "My Account.")
Always enter destination numbers as if you were dialing from USA
- For Calls within or to USA, Canada or Caribbean
Dial the 1 + area code + phone number
Example: 1 + 312 + 555 + 1212
- For International Calls
Dial 011 + country code + city code + phone number
Example: 011 + 91 + 55 + 8888888
What is Pinless dialing?
Pinless dialing allows you to use your calling card without entering your pin number. Go to My Account and register up to six "originating" numbers such as your home, cell, or office. The system will automatically enter your PIN every time you call from one of those numbers.
What is speed dial?
Speed dial enables you to store up to 20 frequently called phone numbers and call them with the touch of two keys.
Just log into CORPORATECALLING.COM My Account and enter the number in the appropriate section. Then to place a call enter the "Speed Dial Number", followed by "#", when prompted for your destination number.
How do I find a country code?
You may lookup any particular country code in our directory. Click here to view.
Can I use Corporate Calling from my hotel room?
Yes, just dial an international toll-free access numbers and follow the prompts. Check the CorporateCalling.com to make sure there is a toll-free number in that country.

We bill in one-minute increments, starting when the call is connected.
Do calling rates change depending on the time of day?
No. Corporate Calling uses one rate, so you can save around the clock.
Are there any monthly fees?
There are no monthly fees.
How can I pay for Corporate Calling?
We accept AMEX, VISA, Mastercard and Discover credit cards.
What if my balance runs low during a call?
You will hear a message prompt that tells you how many minutes remain in your Corporate Calling balance. Just log into http://www.corporatecalling.com to recharge your account.
I run out of money how do I recharge my account?
Just log in, enter the recharge amount,
and we will update your balance instantly.
How can I cancel my account?
You can cancel your account any time. Use the remaining balance on your account, or email our support team for other options.
How can I get billing information?
Complete billing information is available on your My Account page.
How do I sign up?
Simply complete the sign up form. Your account will be activated and user
instructions will be e-mailed to you.
Are there any sign
There are no sign up fees.
Will my credit card be charged when I sign up?
Yes, CorporateCalling.com is a prepaid service. You will be asked to select the amount that you which to add to your prepaid conferencing account. As you make calls, the charges for them will be deducted from this amount. You may recharge your account at any time, at any balance. If you make a high volume of calls, please call us directly to talk about other billing options.
How do I create My Account?
You can create your personalized account in My Account.
If you are a new customer create your account here. Returning customers who haven't set up an account yet can click here.
How long will it take to set up an account?
Your account will be available to use immediately upon approval. New customer approvals occur between the hours of 8:30 AM and 1:00 AM CST.
How will I receive my account information?
You will receive all new account information and dialing instructions via e-mail immediately after we process your order.
How do I modify my account?
Log into "My Account" and use the "Edit My Account" link on the left side.
Will I have to wait for a plastic card?
No. As soon as you receive your new account information by email and receive a verification call from Customer Service, you may begin using the service.
What if I forget my password or username?
Enter your e-mail address in Forgot Password page and we'll send you an e-mail message with your password and/or username.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password on the My Account page.
Click the Edit My Account link on the right side and change your password or any other information as needed.
What if I change my email address?
Your e-mail address is your unique identifier for login and user verifications. As long as your e-mail address remains the same, you don't have to wait for a call-back verification process.
If you change your e-mail address we have to call you again for verification purposes, the next time you purchase a card. No more verification calls will be necessary as long as your email stays the same.
What if I registered but did not receive an email confirmation?
You should receive confirmation at your registered e-mail address within six hours of registering.
If you don't get your confirmation e-mail within six hours:
- Make sure you entered your e-mail address correctly.
- If the address is correct but you still haven't received a confirmation e-mail, request it again here.
- After following these steps, if you still don't receive your confirmation e-mail, please contact your e-mail provider.
